A Two Day Workshop For Girls Teaching Safety, Self-Defense, Mental Defense, Preparedness, Courage, and How To Fight Back!!

FOR AGES 11 AND UP - - MOMS WELCOME TO ATTEND

Run dates: May 7th and May 14th, 2011
A 2 day camp with James Bowman LMP, INT, CPT, owner-operator of Strength Lab, and Richard Christopher.

Learn practices to keep from becoming a victim, as well as learning a simple & efficient method to defend, counter, and escape a wide variety of attacks with a surprisingly small number of highly effective techniques.

Move on to practice one-on-one "mock attack" situations where the skills and techniques from the previous class will be practiced.
